Established in 1988, our skilled and talented engineers have a wealth of industry experience, offering a comprehensive range of engineering services to both commercial and industrial customers. Working closely with the rail, automotive and aerospace industries, we can engineer products and components for a broad range of applications.
From “one off” prototypes to batch production runs, we have the tools, equipment and capacity required to deliver all precision engineering projects within quick turnarounds and short notice times.
Having worked hard to build a strong reputation across Leicestershire, customer service and product quality remain the focus of our trading practices. Growing our business from strength to strength, the majority of our work is acquired through positive word of mouth and customer referrals.

Our Company History
Comac Engineering Limited was founded on August 8th, 1988 by Jerry Cook.
Over the last three decades, Comac Engineering has grown from a one-man machine shop to a family-run business servicing a wide range of clients across the UK and beyond.
In the 1990’s, Comac Engineering moved from Loughborough to a larger unit in Shepshed, situated only one mile from junction 23 of the M1. We now employ a dedicated and skilled workforce who are ready to work with our expanding clientele.
Sadly, Jerry passed away in February 2018, leaving the business in the capable hands of his wife Jane, and his two sons. With the support of our loyal customers and staff, we always planned to carry on providing the skilled engineering services that Jerry prided both himself and Comac Engineering on.
And that’s exactly what we’ll continue to do.

Our standard office hours are 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
